A big motivation for me is really gaining the appreciation and respect of my colleagues. If I do my job effectively, we all succeed. It’s about letting them know they’re appreciated and that I won’t let them down.

When asked for advice for anyone aiming to join President’s Club, he shared a simple yet powerful routine: “When the day is almost over, make one more call, one more touchpoint. End the day on a high point—even if you’ve had a rough day. That extra effort can make all the difference.”

It’s no surprise, then, that when asked to sum up his 2024 journey in a single word, Dan didn’t hesitate: “Persist.”

For him, persistence is the key to consistent effort—and a reminder that the big picture is achieved through steady, daily wins. By persisting in the face of challenges and going the extra mile each day, Dan proves that success is never accidental but rather the result of unwavering dedication and integrity.
