Celebrating Success: Alvaria Day in South Africa

We're excited to celebrate the launch of our new contact center cloud solution in South Africa.

Just this past month, we had the pleasure of hosting Alvaria Day at The Country Club Johannesburg in Auckland Park, where we celebrated the launch of our new contact center cloud solution in South Africa. This event was a significant milestone, not only showcasing our cloud solution but also the latest enhancements in our customer experience (CX) and workforce engagement management (WEM) portfolios. We were thrilled to share this moment with our local customers and partners, including Nimbus, CallMiner, LivePerson, CX Engage, and Intuate Group.  

The event kicked off with a warm welcome and a series of informative sessions. Our agenda included comprehensive updates on Alvaria Cloud for both CX and WEM, highlighting how our solutions help modernize contact centers and their workforce with the security, flexibility, and customizations that are required by our customers. Our attendees had the opportunity to engage with peers and our expert team and partners, fostering a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing and networking.  

A significant aspect of Alvaria Day was our collaboration with key partners. Working together with Nimbus, CallMiner, LivePerson, CX Engage, and Intuate Group, we aim to help our customers modernize their contact centers at their pace. These partnerships are crucial as they enable us to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.  

The support that we received from our customers and partners is a testament to our continued investment in South Africa. Launching our cloud in the region is a major step forward and offers an exciting opportunity to continue our exceptional growth trajectory.
