Introducing Multi-Language Support in the Alvaria Community
The Alvaria Community now offers native support for customers who speak Chinese, German, French, Japanese, Portuguese, and Spanish, in addition to English. Native speakers of the newly supported languages can open cases in that language to share product issues and questions with our team of Support Engineers. Upon creating the case, it will be routed to the most skilled Support Engineer, who can translate case information and communicate in that language to collaborate on the case online, in addition to sharing updates on case progress and activity.
