At Alvaria, our people drive us forward, and we’re thrilled to recognize one of our rising stars: Rachel Haug, who has just been promoted to Enterprise Account Executive! Her journey exemplifies the dedication, skill, and enthusiasm that fuels our success.
Rachel joined Alvaria three years ago in an inside sales role, diligently supporting Enterprise Account Executives. She seized every opportunity to learn the business, cultivate strong relationships, and refine the sales acumen that would pave the way to her new position. This hands-on approach reflected the qualities we value at Alvaria: initiative, collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to our customers’ success.
Before her time at Alvaria, Rachel spent seven years in B2B sales at Staples, where she gained a solid foundation in account management and customer relationships. It was the dynamic landscape of software sales, however, that truly captivated her—she saw Alvaria’s growth, innovation, and promise and knew she wanted to be part of our journey.
From supporting Enterprise Sales leaders to managing her own book of business, Rachel has proven herself a natural leader. Her focus on delivering exceptional service, nurturing client partnerships, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities has consistently generated positive outcomes for our organization and our customers alike. We can’t wait to see where Rachel’s passion, drive, and leadership skills will take her next—and we’re honored to celebrate her success as she steps into this pivotal role at Alvaria!
When Rachel isn’t closing deals, you’ll find her soaking up the outdoors in Denver with her husband, Travis, and their 14-month-old son, Henry -better known as ‘Hank the Tank.’ Whether exploring the city’s beautiful parks or walking her mini Australian shepherd, Lucy, she embraces every opportunity to unwind and enjoy family time.
