The Alvaria User Group Presents the 2021 Gem of the Year Awards to Comcast, Newday Cards, and Best Buy Contact Center Team Members

Westford, MA. July 28, 2021. Today, Alvaria, Inc, is pleased to announce and congratulate the winners of our 2021 GEM of the Year award. The Going the Extra Mile (GEM) program is a user group community sponsored peer-nominated award that recognizes the exemplary work of contact center professionals by sharing the story of their creativity, dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Three monthly GEM winners who receive the most votes by the Alvaria user community membership group earn the GEM of the Year designation.
The winners for the 2021 award are:
Stephen Love, WFM Admin, Comcast
Stephen has been instrumental in Comcast's migration from separate divisional platforms to one shared cloud environment. He is always eager to assist the other divisions with their structure and troubleshooting. Stephen has shown a tremendous dedication to ensuring the platform is optimal to meet the ever-changing business needs.
John Myers, Sr. Manager-Operations Planning, NewDay Cards
John led the business through their upgrade from WFM v8.1 to the very latest version of Aspect Via WFM v19 and was quick to promote and implement the new functionality as well as the under-utilized existing functionality. At such a critical time, John has been more than happy to help all users with any troubleshooting issues, training to new starters and is also the go to person within the business for any technical queries. He certainly has been a tremendous asset to the NewDay Cards team.
Courtney Brazelton, Associate Manager, WFM Forecasting, Best Buy
Courtney is a veteran forecaster, scheduler, administrator and an expert in the real time (RTA) world. An excellent people leader, Courtney is an asset to the Best Buy team.
