Jeff transitioned to us from a VC-backed startup, Tenfold, known for integrating contact center technologies, where he catalyzed significant growth and developed a highly sought-after product. Post its acquisition by LivePerson last October, and a smooth transition, Jeff is now geared to contribute to our mission. Before Tenfold, he dedicated a decade at Rackspace, undertaking diverse roles including establishing their first Enterprise sales team, managing International operations from Europe, and serving as interim CEO and President.
Michael Gruet
Mike boasts a decade of financial leadership within VC-backed and public SaaS firms. Recently, he contributed in varied roles at LivePerson, a digital engagement and conversational AI powerhouse, from M&A integration to bolstering the finance division. Before that, as CFO of Tenfold, a contact center tech integrator, Mike was instrumental in reigniting growth and orchestrating a successful acquisition in 2021. His background also includes risk management in banking, focusing on capital adequacy. Passionate about aligning finance with organizational goals, Mike thrives in developing creative solutions alongside company leaders to meet financial targets.

Jacques Greyling stands as a skilled operations leader, known for achieving key outcomes. He advocates forming strategic alliances with organizational heads to back core business goals. Darryl Kelly
Darryl Kelly is more than a big picture thinker. With a 15-year journey in the CX domain, he embraces curiosity and challenges the status quo, embodying both scientist and artist roles. Over the years, he's driven disruptive, customer-centric innovations in the Customer and Employee Experience market. From overcoming houselessness in middle school, consulting at Accenture, to ascending to C-suite roles in revenue and strategy, Darryl has tackled complex initiatives, transformed organizations, and boosted both productivity and profits. Residing in Colorado with his family and two loving dogs, he remains a dedicated problem-solver in the CX world.
Michael Judd
Michael Judd is a strategic leader, innovator, and value creator with an impressive track record in business acceleration and operational excellence. Before joining us, Michael held various top executive roles in both VC and PE-backed technology companies, as well as multiple senior GM roles during his 14 years at DXC. Michael's proficiency manifests in propelling technology companies to new heights, placing great emphasis on fiscal discipline, operational excellence, and team building. His leadership has spanned globally, guiding teams in the development of state-of-the-art software and hardware services and products. He currently resides with his family in Southern California.

Daren is a seasoned business executive with a strong track record in executing business transformations and organizational redesigns which has led to significant revenue growth across large, mid-sized, and private equity-backed companies. He brings extensive experience in the CX domain thru leadership roles he’s held at Interactions, Avaya, Arise Virtual Solutions, and Verizon. He is obsessively customer focused and embraces curiosity. He has a builders mindset to enhance the performance of his teams and the value they deliver to our clients!

As a technology leader for 25+ years, Jim is responsible for Architecture, Software Development, and R&D Operations.
